Moooooooo… That’s midway-speak for c’mon down to the fair. We can’t wait for this annual celebration in Centreville, Michigan.
There’s something for everyone, beginning with the 4H cat show at 6:00 pm on 9/14 and the dog show at 6:00 pm on 9/16. The main event kicks off on Sunday, with the schedule as follows:
9/17, Family Day: Horses, rabbits, and poultry compete for blue ribbons, followed by the antique tractor parade at 11:00. Enjoy kids’ pedal pulls, semi pulls, and live entertainment on the stage, along with food vendors and animal barns.
9/18, Kids’ Day: Take in horse, goat, and swine shows in the morning, then get a wristband and enjoy the rides. There’s also a magic show at noon, kids’ activities all afternoon, live entertainment on the stage, and a rodeo.
9/19, Education Day: Between harness racing at noon and figure 8 racing at night, you can enjoy the rides all day.
9/20 Seniors Day: Take a spin on the Ferris wheel and watch cars battle it out in the demolition derby.
9/21, 4H Awareness Day: Enjoy the midway all day and the thrill of drag racing at night.
9/22, Veterans Day and 9/23, FFA and AG-Education Day: Tractor pulls and modified truck pulls are the stars of the weekend, along with the midway rides.
Come join the fun all week long, and be sure stop by Johnny’s Centreville store on your way to the fairground.
