As summer heats up and August rolls in, there’s no shortage of vibrant community celebrations to look forward to! Johnny’s thrilled to support these local events and invite you to join in the excitement. Whether you’re gearing up for a local festival or just need a pit stop along the way, our doors are always open.

August 2-3: Homer Hogstravaganza Festival           

To kick off August, Johnny’s is a proud sponsor of the annual Homer Hogstravaganza festival! The festivities will take place from August 2^nd  and 3^rd, 2024. On Friday, enjoy activities like Bike Decorating, the Cruise In Car Show, Food Vendors, Corn Hole, and the Homer Road Hog 5K. Saturday features a Fishing Tournament, Farmers Market, Pie Eating Contest, Beach Volleyball, Horseshoe Tournament, and the Hog Calling Contest. August 10: Nashville Back to School Bash

The Nashville Route 66 Back to School Bash will take place behind the stores in Nashville, MI on August 10^th from 5-7 pm. This event will provide school supplies to help students start the year off right! Support the community by donating essential school supplies and enjoy activities, games, and food to kick off the school year. Learn more information about the Back to School Bash here.

August 15-17: Mendon River Fest

Johnny’s happy to support another year of the Mendon River Fest. From August 15^th through 17^th, 2024 the festival will take place on the St. Joseph River in Mendon. On Thursday, August 15^th, the fun begins with the Commemoration Ceremony, Lip Sync Contest, and Pie Eating Contest. Friday’s events includes the Corn Hole Tournament and a Movie in the Park. Don’t miss Saturday’s lineup, featuring a Fishing Tournament, 5K, Canoe Swamp, Kid’s Pedal Tractor Pulls, and much more. There’s something for everyone to enjoy at this year’s Mendon River Fest! August 17: Litchfield Sweet Corn Days

Last but certainly not least is Litchfield’s Sweet Corn Day on August 17^th, 2024. This event will offer Litchfield residents a pancake breakfast provided by the fire department, 5k races, classic car show, parade, and of course the fireworks show.
